Thinflow automatically detects the language your customer is writing in and replies in the same language. It understands Tunisian Darija, Modern Standard Arabic, and French including mixed-language messages.
How it works
- 1No setup required language detection is automatic.
- 2When a customer writes in Darija, the AI replies in Darija.
- 3When a customer writes in French, the AI replies in French.
- 4Mixed messages (Darija + French) are also understood correctly.
- 5You can set your preferred default language in the Agent Marketplace.
Example
A customer messages in Darija: "bech t3mel delivery?" (will you do delivery?). The AI understands the question and replies in Darija with the correct delivery policy, without you doing anything.
