Thinflow learns about your products from the descriptions you add. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and helpful your AI agent becomes when answering customer questions.
How it works
- 1Go to the Products section in your dashboard.
- 2Add or edit a product and fill in the description field.
- 3Click "Extract FAQs" to let the AI generate common questions and answers from your description.
- 4Review the generated Q&As and make any corrections.
- 5Save the product your AI will now use this information when customers ask about it.
Example
A mobile accessories shop adds a detailed description for a phone case. When a customer on WhatsApp asks "does this fit iPhone 15?", the AI answers correctly because it was trained on that product description.
Good to know
The better your product descriptions, the better your AI answers will be. Use clear sentences and include details like size, color, materials, and compatibility.
